I was working alone in project .. they will try to put pressure of 2 person on one to save their budgets. Project start with 2 ppl after 10 days they removed one .. I was left for entire period alone. Secondly my mom was hospitalized in covid 2nd wave .. I was working they are not ready for single leave. It was the situation where first time I got -ve feedback from manager just because I asked for leave and request for this week to work for 9 hours They suppressed alot. Company is made of people if they Will do such .. no employee would be happy. No job security.. they don't hv bench they don't hire for specific. They put you anywhere, wherever is vacancy else put u on PIP .. if you put paper they got your substitute they give u approval for next .. if not than you hv to served notice period. I saw ppl cry in this company.. sometimes me Also.. lol In front of me , many people resigned who was working they was not happy at all in most of cases. Those people was okay who was working with good client of them but still they have alot work pressure...Read More
