Through this Design & Build project we get to learn so many things from zero. This project includes various challanges and their solutions with respect to same. Through this project i am expertise in engineering design, calculations and documentations

work life balance Office timing is 9.30am to 6.00 pm but till now the minimum time we depart from office is 7.30 pm

Some senior have helping Nature and too good knowledge and share with his junior under him or any other field you like to work with them

Electrical team leader don't take responsibility of any junior some many times bad mouthing of person who speaks on his face "straight no answer" He want everything in 1 hour but it take mare than 2 hours

Company management is not available it is not speak a truth and it is not pay good salary .this company also hire a labour not a engineer because in this company management salary is 9 thousand and working hour not fixed managers are idiots did not good knowledge project there are distroying project in Dmrc and Gmrc projects didn't respect employees.
