No working hours for project from 9 am to 6 pm only for office employees but project team like a dog.organisation GM wants buttering people. Salary are not coming on time.i am still awaiting my full n final payment from 3 years.

I am very disappointed because metro division management like relatives they are comparing the talented guys.For learning and training it is good but growth in future depend on your relationship with Genral manager.I am still awaiting for my full and final payment from last three years.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Company management is not available it is not speak a truth and it is not pay good salary .this company also hire a labour not a engineer because in this company management salary is 9 thousand and working hour not fixed managers are idiots did not good knowledge project there are distroying project in Dmrc and Gmrc projects didn't respect employees.
