The nay sayers will always find reasons to blame the system. Nobody writes about their own incapabilities, as that is a tough road to climb. I don’t find anything wrong with this company in retrospect of other companies that are there in the market

work life balance Office timing is 9.30am to 6.00 pm but till now the minimum time we depart from office is 7.30 pm

Electrical team leader don't take responsibility of any junior some many times bad mouthing of person who speaks on his face "straight no answer" He want everything in 1 hour but it take mare than 2 hours

Company management is not available it is not speak a truth and it is not pay good salary .this company also hire a labour not a engineer because in this company management salary is 9 thousand and working hour not fixed managers are idiots did not good knowledge project there are distroying project in Dmrc and Gmrc projects didn't respect employees.
