Nothing to like here everything are too worst hair, only if any freshers are not getting job anywhere they can come stay here learn as much as you can, don't expect anything from this company stay here for 1 to 2 year take experience work on a skill and just move from here.

Joining this company has been highly disappointing and demotivating experience. Despite having 1.5year of prior experience, I was hired as a fresher assured that hard work and dedication would lead to growth, However just a month into the job, I was assigned to a project where the management falsely informed the client that I had 4+year of experience. With no senior support and unrelastic expectation I struggle to meet requirement and was released from the project within 3 month. I was then ask to learn PHP and laravel in 10 days, but Midway through, they shifted me to Python, FastAPI and SQLAlchemy with another 10 days timeline, assigning multiple tickets event before my training was complete. Despite working over 12hours daily, often including weekends, without extra benefit, I manage to complete my task on time. However, the work culture remained toxic with rude response to leave request and unfair deniel of sick leave- resulting in the loss of 10 leaves-and even during my marriage, I was granted only 5 days off despite having 20 leaves remaining. Constantly moved between projects and Technologies, including Salesforce, I faced mental harassment, lack of technical support, and Threats of bad appraisal from non technical managers. The company this disgrade employees growth, overburdens them with work, force them into unrelated rolls, and deliverers poor quality of products. overall this company offer no work life balance respect or proper career growth making it a mentally exhausting and demotivating place to work....Read More

This company is not good to join, but it's okay for people who can't find a job elsewhere. You can work here, get some experience, and then leave to find a better job. It's a good place to start, but not a good place to stay long-term.

Here the Work-culture is very bad. I would advise experienced professionals with over two years of experience to exercise caution before joining this company. The lack of a positive work culture, combined with an unsustainable workload and unappreciative management, can be detrimental to one's career. The company's policies and practices, including restricted leave approval and mandatory weekend work, can lead to burnout. Furthermore, the manager's non-technical background and unrealistic expectations can result in unclear project requirements.
