Company MD involved into every stages don't know why there are couple of senior staff. Company MD, saved his chamcha example Safety personal has not single knowledge but if we realised him he is wrong. He will speechless but MD will target you which is horrible and force you to singed final warning letter doesn't matter scenario. ifyou want to be there continue in job you have to signed it.
