The promotion criteria is horrible, it's unachievable When there are no parametres for our channel partner colleagues, we had to run through some obstacles like upsell and SLG.. PROMOTION CRITERIA MUST BE AS PER DESIGNATION BUT NOT AS PER BRANCH ALLOCATION. I feel that it's not a great move

Hdfc life offers good paygrade. HR support is very nice. Easily manage work life and personal life.

No support from our hierarchy and pure politics is going on. Even targets are also single sided and as far as I know you cannot gain knowledge or anything. And if you want to achieve all the criterias in HDFC Life then you just have to keep good relations with your manager and all the target will be promoted my him. Even managers don't support their team. I am sharing on my personal experience that if you are new joinee then its but obvious that it will require time to adapt the system and processes while doing log-ins. But in this firm they dont support you with anything if you dont know about processes then they just insult you very arrogantly. Even in banca channel branches are with different level of arrogance and thru my personal experience I can say that almost 60% of staff members are rude to you. If you help them with anything then too they talk with you rudely. Nothing I like nothing about hdfc life since the new zonal head has came for south bombay her name is Kinjal gangar and because of that the attrition rate of south bombay patch has gone up.

The presssure is immense since the new zonal head has came she wants the life insurance to be logged in daily if not then she blackmail us to leave the company also there are many criteria’s because of which we are not able to acheive any promotion so there are number of criteria in hdfc life and getting a promotion feels like almost impossible.

There is a lot of partiality and harassment here, the employee is not treated like an employee but like a dog, the worst condition is in Ambala especially the new CSM is there and even the girls are not safe here.

Management is very poor. Even HR department listen only upper level manager. Lower level employees treat as servant. Managers are not supportive. After resignation i sent a mail to HR for updation of Exit date in PF portal but I received no reply from HR. Kindly improve your management.
