There is no good thing about this company it has its very own rules and regulations which it follows keeping the benefits of the employees at zero and does not provide a good atmosphere

Dislikes

1- They make you sign a bond and if you refuse to do so they threaten to terminate you 2- Management has no way of properly treating the employee 3- They make you sign a bond at every appraisal otherwise they do not give you appraisal 4-They treat you as bonded laborer and if you want to leave they will make your life worse than hell

Company environment is very bad and pathetic, Organization is only promoting or recruiting their family members like brother in law or sister for manager role. If a normal employee ask for promotion they will ask what you have done. And threatens you to fire. Every time employee ask for Salary hike after working for 1 year or more, management says you are living with your family what you will do with so much salary....Read More

In the last 3 years of my employment, I have worked for weekdays weekends , 12 hours in a day, saw most of the colleagues leave the org. Plus the management is thankless no leaves were granted even for the documented leaves plus we were not allowed to take comp offs.
