People and colleagues working with you are quite friendly.

Apart from the likes mentioned above, nothing is good in the company. The management is the poorest in my entire career of 4+ years. The co-founders, themselves don’t know what should be done or what not. Plus they don’t know how to talk to the team, how to motivate, they use threats to deal with everything. No authority delegation for you to work or even to mail someone internally. They literally use terms like “I PAY YOU, YOU WORK FOR ME” Believe me!!!
