Its a good place to start a career because during training they will privide you full freedom to learn all technologies and after training you have a oppourtunity to work in all different softwares and technologies so within two years you can learn more knowledge in software side and team is more encouraging there will no ego between team mates for helping in their growth.

Dislikes

Shift timing is little annoying (11am-8pm) and appraisal starts after two years for freshers

Generally speaking,my work is silghtly challenging because i have to take care of both backend and frontend development in developing mobile app sometimes and also happy to get knowledge all kind work within a short period of time.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
