Work life balance. Approachable team leads and heads. Positive work environment. Decent opportunities.

Dislikes

HR policies is the worst. Hike and promotion is only for name sake. If you put your papers you will get your FnF after 3.5 months months with notice period of 2 months. There many policies like this which will hamper your growth, learning and financial planning. Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion</mark>. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. My only suggestion to ESAF is change full HR and bring people who are experienced in HR....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
