The plus side of working with the bank is that, being a microfinance bank, it gives you the opportunity to explore the grassroot level workforce around us, thereby creating an environment where we can adapt to the needs of the local natives and learn their styles up close.

Dislikes

Just like any other banking firm, ESAF too pressurises its employees to achieve more business numbers, irrespective of the area or the locality. Not everyone, but the Branch heads and Cluster heads are too harsh at times.

Work Details

I should say it is a mixed bag of experiences I had at ESAF. The excitement of going outside the confined space of a bank and interacting with the locals of a certain place is what I felt more attractive.
