Policies- Clear bias for India team, policies are nonexistent, HR is for name sake only, Management is based since they join Quest, Indian managers don't have any say or power, and they have to listen to US management for everything. They did not handle COVID very well and did not put any effort to help the employee at all, even vaccination was provided with a fee. Always work is ready for you thats a good thing . but i personally feel it would be better if there is a proper management and procedure for time related problems .some times it will make you feel like we are blind workers.
