Dislikes

Work culture, Partner behaviour is extremely toxic. People are very rude. Extended hours and overtime is very common and infact expected My whole team suffers from severe anxiety and stress. Everyone is so unhappy, it's unbelievable.

Hi, I have 3 years of experience as a Python developer with a salary of 3.1 LPA. I’ve received an offer from EY for an Azure Data Engineer role at 4.8 LPA, including training. I’m also interviewing with Infosys for a Senior Python Developer position. If I get an offer from Infosys, which role should I choose? What salary should I negotiate for with Infosys hr round to relocate to banglore? Is it a good move to switch from Python development to an Azure Data Engineer role?
