Learning, open hand to explore the business and acquire new contracts.
The only thing I liked in E&Y was that they have good inhouse projects.
Dislikes
There is a lot of politics. They are very partial and some people are very unprofessional too like shouting on their subordinates, treat a very experienced person as if they are freshers and talking disrespectfully. Even after delivering the whole project successfully before the deadline and getting the appraisal from project sponsor to every member related to the project, the feedback was that I have availability issue. I always had a question in mind that how can you deliver the whole project before time if you are not available?
And if I had availability issue then why you put me in 7 projects at a time.
They say that attending meetings is compulsory and I say that creating and attending unnecessary meetings just to show your calendar booked is useless. I prefer to do actual work rather than chit chat on meetings.
I chose work from home option so that work and office chores can be managed simultaneously and this is the reason maximum people choose work from home. This is the beauty of work from home option.
But if you want to tie up the person on their seats and inform each and every time even if you are not online for even 10 minutes too, then this is ridiculous. Every company focusses on the deliverable and if it is getting delivered and that too before the timeline then it should be commendable.
I would suggest that instead of focussing on the availability of employees please focus on the actual work of the employee and if availability is not affecting the deliverables then it should not be an issue. The work should get done.
Management is not interested in listening about the actual issue. They just get to hear the issue from here and there and decide on that basis....Read More

Not good.
I struggled a bit in the beginning to understand about the culture and the project. Few team members help me understood the same. And even after applying all my efforts to the project I kept struggling with lots of other things.
