I really like the culture of Ericsson. There is job security. Most of all you don't have to be stuck at single project, if you have the potential and capability to grow you can get into any project. There is constant feedback taken from your managers and peers.

Dislikes

There is no likely process for promotions and salary growth.

Ericsson is one of the best organizations to work with. Job security, work-life balance, and skill development are some of the best aspects of Ericsson.

Dislikes

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
