.From CEO to Managers all are third class mentality people. i suffered almost 1yr in this company. Salomi is worst employee in this office, not allowing other to work. She keep on reporting about other employee to manger to earn benifts from manager. she is criminal attitude and worst in work also. i dont know how she is serviving here. Frequent Business Policy changes leads to poor policy Implementation and customer dissatisfaction. No Business Core Team. An employee seeking for a long term engagement is treated as helpless fellow and exploited. All seniors airdropped, no clear growth path for an employee who is since long and is always under threat to loose his job. No clear reimbursement policy its always on face value. No control and insight on expenses, the in house HR team who was already capable enough to handle compliance's (EPFO, ESI) and others was being getting done by using a third party paying an executive salary for nothing. 1. A promising startup in agritech area. Lot of learnings can be had if you have a belly for it. 2. 1. Hiring process needs to be improved. The company often hires engineers/ other employees who don’t fit into the demanding work environment and the delivery pressure builds up and the situation becomes tense all the time. 2. Company is too agile for its own good. 3. Again if #2 is what you want , fix #1. If #1 is what you can afford, go easy on #2 4. Do appraisals and compensation reviews on time. 5. Don’t be penny wise and pound foolish. Cut costs in areas that matters and not in silly areas like cafeteria spending etc 6. Sometimes leadership decisions are impulsive . May be that can improve.
