Frequent Business Policy changes leads to poor policy Implementation and customer dissatisfaction. No Business Core Team. An employee seeking for a long term engagement is treated as helpless fellow and exploited. All seniors airdropped, no clear growth path for an employee who is since long and is always under threat to loose his job. No clear reimbursement policy its always on face value. No control and insight on expenses, the in house HR team who was already capable enough to handle compliance's (EPFO, ESI) and others was being getting done by using a third party paying an executive salary for nothing. Need to peep in on all such expenses which is an extra burden on the company....Read More
