Open culture. One can walk into the room of Sr Management. We feel valued. Last year company had a good year and gave 110% bonus to moat of the employees

1. They have only Maintenance and Support Project. 2. They Hire me as Software Developer, but the real work is only support. 3. Have to complete 9 hr on daily bases. 4. They expect you to do work even after office hour to meet the working time with germans. 5. Toxic Work Culture 6. Have to work on many project and according to them all are on top priority.

Initially office location was bhandup next to hdfc ergo then company shifted and upgraded to powai hiranandani and now already planing to even expand to get office next door. Company currently is in growing and expansion stage. Which offers lot of opportunity for everyone in terms of personal and professional growth In our department have seen German counterpart colleagues extremely supportive and helpful. Also currently we are going through KT session which also offer opportunity to upscale my skills. Other than basic facility's which everyone expects from the employer job security, timely salary, yearly appraisal cycle, gaming zone, good infrastructure, office amenities , coffee stop, good canteen is well taken care no complaint about it. During our recent CEO connect townhall session, CEO openly communicated if we have any AI or technology idea which can improve the existing process they are open to it and even ready to sponsor if idea has potential and use case. Appraisals are good. Even during the time of joining they give a pretty hefty package.

1. This company is good for people who live in nearby location. For people who live far away from the office location they’ll find that they are stuck in a constant cycle of hectic living. 2. People working over here should be extra careful about their health because if something happens to you, you’ll have to use up the leaves with no guarantee of wfh. So you cant afford to fall ill or injure yourself during your tenure in this workplace. 3. Discrimination at its best. If you are close to your manager, discussing unwanted personal details among yourselves then they’ll favour all your unprofessional behaviours. 4. Women's are filthy and insecure there, would fall any low in and against women's itself to ruin their image and character. Risky for candidates who are talented. Pretty narrow minded crowd. Encouragement for self development and learning new skills. Employee is given their time for task completion. They treat every employee equal so no bias within colleagues. All cultural festivals are celebrated with same enthusiasm and hr arranges some fun activities too.
