The work culture is great. As a startup, there is a lot of scope to grow in the company. The learning curve here has been great. All team members try to help each other. The founder ensures that everyone in the team is learning and working on new things.

Came up with best startup idea but found Fake motivation.

Salaries not provided as mentioned in offer letter. All other ratings are asked to add forcefully. Combo of unprofessional behaviour and lack of technical as well as managerial expertise make environment worst. Can not mention here some unethical things that we saw in the company.
