Job security - Good

Dislikes

No Work Life Balance Pathetic growth and no skill enhancement. Total mundane work. Spineless Management Too much of dependency. No resource backups. You won't be able to properly take leaves even if somebody passes away in your family. Micromanagement. No employee trust. Force you to come to office even during COVID. Too much of politics. Compensation Below Market Standards
