HR not responsive and poor communication gap with HR team and Manager

Dislikes

No response from the HR team even after submitting information of leave and proof for medical illness. Mistakes were made with the Background verification. Over all poor HR team and non responsive HR.

Simply worst company to join

Work life balance and company’s culture is worst among the companies. They have bond for 1.5yrs for all, there will be heavy work pressure for freshers as well as laterals. As company’s environment is also not in friendly manner, even managers have worst behaviour. Not a friendly place for women as well. Company has 1.5 years bond for all, with the amount of work pressure most people will abscond. People who are there in the company are due to family situation or due to fake promise. As u all aware of bonds, As per law it is a void thing. Employer cannot force employee with a contract or threaten to work for them in names of bond, but here they are making bond under the name of training, where for laterals there is no training and u guys know for laterals there is no training required only software and is self explanatory. But this useless guys makes bond for 50k to 1lakh and sends legal notice every month threatening you to pay the money as they provided high standard training. Full of fake things in the company, they hire and let the employee abscond by putting pressure and they are thinking of making money out of that. Worst company for employess, dont ruin your time.
