the leadership of Epsilon is having a vision to make it grow, apart from vision there is nothing else
Dislikes
Here everything is dislike listing few of them.
1. High politics, even plant top management is too much evolved in that.
2. No job security, it will come in someone mind and you will be out of company.
3. HR can be named as hell resources, they will give multiple resources to torture you, they all are very unprofessional, corporate HR is there to make life more worst, they will ask you to join in 10 days but you can not leave organization without completing full notice.
4. The highest level politics is played by HR team either it is plant or corporate.
5. The person responsible to make organization grow is busy to pull leg, they have some set of formality and just doing that to visualize themselves in top management.
5. There is a least in corporate HR payroll and she is most dangerous weapon, she can do anything without any reason and she is one of busiest person after president of USA.
7. They provide accommodation, which is just eye wash.
8. There are multiple gangs which is driven by very top person and these gang are fighting with each other.

1) There is no peace of mind.
2) it's a mere clerical work especially in procurement which will get you no where in future.
3) unrealistic targets are set by Boss's without discussing with team and that is again implicated on the juniors. At the end of the day Junior is at fault and not that Boss who has committed falsely.
4) You can work overtime if the job demands but that will not be appreciated anywhere and you end up messing your personal well being which is of utmost importance.
5) If you tend to show inclination of sticking to the job due to any reason like location or family constraints then that is taken as a weak nerve and played around by boss.
6)You will feel that you are not worthy when all of the above things happen and this becomes torture and one will end up being miserable....Read More

- Yearly leaves are 38 i.e. better than industry average
- Decent increment i.e. 8-10%
- Working Hours is liberal, encouraged to work 9 hrs a day but if you lack working hours salary is still credited with full attendance

- Reporting structure is not good. AGM is reporting to GM. Same family reporting is not good for learning

20% working 80 % enjoying. Buttering, show off for work and playing worst politics is the main agenda and theme of company. The employees doing buttering, negative feedback to their manager for co colleagues and show off will get better increments and promotion to employees in this organization.
Employees working 20% will get into frustration and depression as they are not recognized and someone else get recognition and appreciation at the end of year during appraisal with no work except giving negative feedback of their colloeague
No Hr intervention why employees are leaving, high attrition rate. No of employees leaving due to poor work culture driven from top management.
