On time salary only but so many deduction
Top management peoples are don't have basic process knowledge even operation head also same condition.Decision making and problem solving skills are zero.They need only higher package but zero accountability. operation head working as a insulation supervisor only.One proper contract supervisor enough for doing this job no need head .Plant having many operation issues but no one not ready to solve those issues.Technical team not required here.This plant every department work done by only one department that is production. So many photographer joined in QA team.If production wants to do all others work means what is the use of others like QA,technical,logistics,safety,HR.5s carried by all departments not only production. leader should example of others but here even lock down time also they are prepared schedule as their own convenient.All heads are sitting in home in the name of work from home.Even they are not performing work place also then how from home.Head quality this place is very poor.Even government also not like this.How MD allow such policy here,very crazy....Read More

Lots of non performing Engineers and non performing professionals are hired by reference .. and those people kills some really hard working professionals time and growth. Non performing professionals should be eliminated.

Epsilon, a divine dream I had! I joined Epsilon carbon and it started to feel like the carbon black of life. You don't have to shift from trainee to senior engineer but you become a manager in this divine court and you have to come to shift duty. You are judged wrong when you have done nothing wrong. You are shown yet another Lollipop and its called STIP- which is completely deducted from your CTC and given half or less. You are called because you give a good offer but after joining you are given shift duty. The quality of work is low. There is no increase in your knowledge, skills. The only thing I liked was that company provided townships where the price of rooms/flast was very less.
1. The Manager's are manipulative, they make you believe your request are under consideration but in reality will end up making decisions of thier choice. 2. The company culture is also bad, The HRs rather than encouraging people to participate in event/activities impose or force them to do so. 3. There is no work life balance if urmanager tells you to stay, you have to stay. 4. You can't take leaves whenever you want atleast I had to negotiate many times to even get my single leave approved, It's quite a hassle . 5. Nobody is ready to take responsibility, It's like they are sort of afraid even though there is job security. 6. The company spends a lot of money on promoting safety culture yet when one tried to spend time working on those, it is said by higher authorities not to spend too much time on them and do your usual work. 7. There is no healthy discussions to keep your point/ point of views, whatever is said by manager is the final word. 8. No professional behaviour by some Manager's. 9. A lot of Micromanagement. 10. A lot of Extra working hours you need to put whenever required and when you get Comp off again you have a battle ahead to get those comp off approved. 11 No hireachy system just everyone reporting to everyone, didn't quite understand ranking. 12 Salary is quite less compared to the work you have to put into. 13 Instead of promoting team work, manager tries to make you fight against each other....Read More

At beginning it was good later on true faces were reviled.
As a former employee, my experience with the HR team was far from positive. Their behavior was often rude, and they showed little interest in addressing employee concerns. Important queries were either ignored or handled with a dismissive attitude, which made it difficult to resolve even basic issues. The lack of professionalism andempathy from the HR team was one of the major reasons for my dissatisfaction with the company. HR plays a critical role in maintaining a healthy workplace, and this team unfortunately failed in that regard. 1) There is no peace of mind. 2) it's a mere clerical work especially in procurement which will get you no where in future. 3) unrealistic targets are set by Boss's without discussing with team and that is again implicated on the juniors. - Labour policy is good - Yearly leaves are 38 i.e. better than industry average - Decent increment i.e. 8-10% - Working Hours is liberal, encouraged to work 9 hrs a day but if you lack working hours salary is still credited with full attendance - office location is very good - Friendly employees
- Reporting structure is not good. AGM is reporting to GM. Same family reporting is not good for learning - Frequent change in top leadership - LTIP is verbally committed to employees which is not provided so ethical issues are there.

Top management has very ambitious for expansion of the company. But Middle management not aligned and lack of clarity/ not empowered to take decisions. Heavy Bossism, you are not allowed to think, just do what they say.
