Not that much work pressure as patient base is less. Few doctors are really very helpful and professional. Salary comes on every first week of month.

Dislikes

Favouritism, favourism and biased work environment. Salary got put on hold for small mistakes, losses are compensated from staff salary. Too many Co partners, no coordination between themselves. Worst Co partner is Mayank Sharma, very arrogant, treats staff like servant. No job security, staff can be expelled and terminated any time. No job confirmation even after completing six months of probation period. Chaploosi and chamchagiri sort of work culture is there....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
