It's wfh, so nothing to like

If you are honestly working with organisation for 3 yrs which is wfh & if due to some reasons u r not able to complete their notice period, then they leave it as zero value, they don't provide either reliving or experience letter.

They are harassing ex employees regarding FNF.. its taking around 3 months and more to receive FNF..

They don’t even provide transportation No canteen No parking No appraisal They do not care about employees or employees emergency medical condition WFH criteria is there and once we mark upto that criteria they say no WFH. WFH is myth in episource.

Good for learning if any one wants to learn only then it is good.

Work life balance is not good at all. If you join episource then you have to forget your personal life. Target pressure is very high u never complete your set target in a day. Dirty politics in episource. They said to you have 39 paid leaves in a year but actually you don't have any levels because you take emergency leave only except others just a 39 number. If you take 4-5 leaves in a month they take action against you. Give you various reason like your monthly target is not completed, ur attendance is not meet 85% and at the end they terminate you. Very bad experience, Bulk hiring and bulk firing to employees no Leave policy, Demotivating, pressuring ,mentally harassment. Don't give the experience letter ,relieving letter Don't join and waste your time. No emergency or sick allow.

Nothing is there to like every thing is worst They hire freshers and unemployed people in bulk and they take various exams i.e ICD1 ,ICD2, PST IRR & Viva during training . Passing criteria is 85% if you won't pass in any one of the exams you will be terminated on the spot no notice period or another chance is given. the trainers do not teach u properly during training . They directly fire the employees and not even giving the salary of days you have worked. The company doesn't even care about you no facilities are being provided. HR does not tell about these exam during interview and selection process. later will not respond to ur calls and mails.
