No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

...nother chance is given. the trainers do not teach u properly during training . They directly fire the employees and not even giving the salary of days you have worked. The company doesn't even care about you no facilities are being provided. HR does not tell about these exam during interview and selection process. later will not respond to ur calls and mails. I request all the freshers and job seekers plz do not join episource plz find any other company or job. plz dont leave ur current job and join episource

...shers for 3 months before real work starts initially work pressure is very low Salary was on time

Work load is increased after 6 months Projects are changed when one is about to settle some seniors will keep asking to work few hours extra daily and work on weekend too Job security is terrible within 1 year as you can be fired for past project performance even when you show growth in current project.

The way they treat people . The company really cares for their employers. In between they conduct games , fun activities. You can talk to any higher authority without hesitation and there's no partiality. Everyone will listen to the ideas of even less time experienced.

...ource.. it is just a company which make employee work for their benefits only... The salary is very low for a science graduate. The work culture is horrible . They just make only promises but never keep their words.

Too many things. Company policies are worst. Salary and incentive models are worst.. even they claim to achieve good place to work award is just fake coz the review and survey are filled by those coder whom they have prepared to give the good reviews. The good reviews given online are just fake. Here they have too my many internal politics and those people only can grow who can be good pet for the people which are on higher post.
