I have been working here last 2 years , episource is good start of career in medical coding. Start of company experience was good, My TL was awsome friendly and helpful also so many of problems i dont have but this year many rules regulations has been change and they are to hectic to coders . They are directly mark absent even we unable to complete target .here having target based attendence and ptos which are very hectic .this year was very hectic to me.
