I like nothing about Episource.. it is just a company which make employee work for their benefits only... The salary is very low for a science graduate. The work culture is horrible . They just make only promises but never keep their words.

Too many things. Company policies are worst. Salary and incentive models are worst.. even they claim to achieve good place to work award is just fake coz the review and survey are filled by those coder whom they have prepared to give the good reviews. I working at episource since 1.6yrs i would like to said about job security it's good. Poor work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive but management is not transparent, this column for what do you like but no chill, games for employees for relaxation even WFH and appraisals are not fair, increase only 2k and also add tax 1k which is not so good.. company policies only for make happy to client not employees....Read More

Yes there lot of issue in management and doesn't adress any issues by management. There is no growth in career becuz not taking certification if taken in that also politics. This company not for freshers very bad policies. Incentives Helping superiors

Bond of almost 2 years. Good quality people are burdened more. Only consideration of clients and not employees. Pressure for completing work any how, at the end like a few days before the client's given deadline. Difficult to enjoy any holidays as always overtime is there.
