Work pressure is stable, hence, work life balance is good.

Dislikes

65% employees are from a same company(from top to bottom in the pyramid).You can easily identify the difference between that 65% and the rest of. Moreover, the positions these people are holding, I strongly say, they don't even deserve them. From technical knowledge to management know-how, compared to any standard company they are pretty below standard. But, the saddest part is, for them, people who came from good/big/standard companies are struggling to do their job as well as not able to achieve their professional goals. Don't ever go if you are working in a standard company. You will feel frustrated very easily....Read More
