Nothing they very pressurising and dont allow you to do what you wanna do.

Everything start with payout to TL behaviour specially our OJT trainer Mr Ajinkya Jain he was not at all helpful and not at all corporative found very difficult to have word with HR as the toll free number are always busy. Hr policies are bull shit. Payroll policy are bull shit.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Really don't contact this company guys.. such an irresponsible Hrs and management.. HR name is MAMTA she is really irritating.. she posted her number in job portal few days back and I contacted to see if any job openings right now .
