Very worst and terrible company and TLS are very biased. Management are very biased. TL remove the personal crutches on the employers and each everything in the office very political, very very political. They don’t have manners how to speak with the colleagues or with the with the employee. HR are very rude. HR are also too biased.They are involve everything with TLs told us that they need. They have personal insecurity, so they will. By hook or by crook, they will remove that person from the company. The company is not good not at all....Read More

1. Poor Management - Managers and TLs are too harsh on employees. They don't care about employees health or any other condition. No empathy towards employees. All they need is to complete targets. 2. Bad infrastructure - The building looks good from the outside. But the basic things like monitors, keyboards and mouse are too old and are creates troublesome in working. No proper chairs are available, everyday I have to hunt for a proper chair to seat and work. 3. Working Hours - Although, my working hours are 9 hours (8 hours of work and 1 hour break) yet shift timings are not fixed! You have to strictly be on time but you can't live on time! Sometimes we are forced to work for 12-13 hours that too without giving any overtime benefits! 4. Salary - Even after tirelessly working and giving my precious 10-12 hours per day, all I get is 13k salary. I over achieve from my daily targets, but sadly no compensation, no monetary benefits, no appreciation is given at all. Lastly, epicenter looks at employees just as mere tools to get their work done and not human! I would strongly suggest to not join this company as it will affect your mental & physical health....Read More

I joined this company which the mindset of 6 months in no time this job made me learn so many things the way to interact , talk with the customers , performance, OT that within no time I was already getting promoted in different queue , if your a performer and u need growth this is the best place to start from OJT coach to TL here I am

Even after a year u get appraisal in your salary is 500rs n makes us work like robot.. leaves are limited even in emergency u can't use paid leave bcoz for them it's planned leave so u need to plan n take the leave n not even that u need to approval for that with accurate reason.. then only u can take pl. Due work load people do 9-9pm shift n not even get paid for the extra hours.. i would suggest for freshers it's good to gain some amount of experience here.. but experience people please don't apply.....Read More
