They are very ambitious and directors are very young and take quick decisions and are approachable however they seems to be unaware of the politics and lady gossip in the office.. Which is very toxic.Only selected few shoe lickers are pampered and given growth, most of the team doesn't have any job security. HR is poor and not capable of independent decisions

No recognisation of hard work No Job security You are treated good till the time you are high contributor, little slow down may invite termination or compel to resign at short notice with humilation like putting your salary on hold etc Extreme politics and groupism and immature talent promoted...
