You can learn core concept of Supply chain management only if you have your own interest and some cruel cunning mind and character.

Dislikes

Once you have completed with minimum of 2 year then yes your are passed to compete with world level politics. Company polices are like weather prediction. You may not know what will happen tomorrow. No security, Suddenly new policies with rewritten history, partiality at its peak. Compared to the pros there will 5 times cons in thiscompany... But dont worry if you have real financial backup and if you have guts to put your life on risk you can work in this company. there are people who are working here for more than 3 years to 15 years.... These people are not human they are like yogi's who dont have any feelings... It will beautiful adventurousness trip in your life... Good Luck Guyz......Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Excellent company to learn core supply chain process. Great Tool - Company owned their own ERP tool like SAP. Promotion and Appraisal are great for the hard worked and proved employees.

I hardly think about things I like here. I cant say anything that I like here. Please dont join here you will regret later.

Dislikes

I dislike everything. There is no job security, they can layoff anytime as their business is little than low. There is no pay as you expected. They say they will increase after 6months or 1 year but they will make you beg for a just Rs 1000 hike. Pls think twice before joining. Its my personal experience.
