Teammates were fine , there was no growth opportunities. The work environment was very demotivating and apart from work and focusing on job profile and duties assigned time was wasted in reviews how to improve business and get orders. Reviews were just a waste of time as nothing was implemented or changed. Company had no vendors to execute their projects and whatever order I use to get was delayed and finally cancelled due to execution issues like funding , manpower etc. This kind of working culture is very demotivating .
