Concerns with Management and HR Practices The management and HR team seem to lack a structured approach when dealing with employees. There have been instances where employees feel pressured to resign without clear justification. This creates a sense of insecurity among the workforce and fosters an unhealthy work environment. Frequent Leadership Changes One of the biggest challenges is the constant change in management. This leads to shifting priorities and a lack of long-term vision. Employees often struggle with inconsistent policies and directions. Limited Recognition of Loyalty Long-term employees do not feel valued for their contributions.
