Flexible timings and options to work from home now, not sure how long :) Emphasis on individual learning & growth, providing opportunities for skill development. Exposure & visibility in a company that is growing & implementing new initiatives is really good. Many things to learn from tech perspective, has a great backend system that no one can think of. Great level of development backend has been created which is fully automated and adds a next level of support to the engineers development environment. Thorough release process & automation. Extensive use of AWS stack. Great place for engineers to understand the entire product development lifecycle. 1. Team members are good, friendly, and understanding. 2. Low-level management has a good understanding of their products and areas. This helps to get the work done efficiently and to the point. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Other activities conducted by the CSR team and Training team are good.

1. Failure of the proper decisions made by higher management, sadly affects the low-level employees and low-level management in all aspects ( like Appraisal, work pressure, and job security ). 2. The appraisal process has become volatile. 3. Lack of appreciation for truly working core team members.

Some managers do indulge in a sort of power harassment, where extra work is demanded at the whims of job insecurity. 3. Work satisfaction and promotion/appraisals are not at satisfactory levels.

Sometimes salary concerns are mainly for tenured employees and need to get them align with the overall market on which work is up and it should be fixed sooner the better. If we want to work from the office more, we should revisit the collaboration hours so it would be more consistent.
