You can work your rear off but u shouldn’t desire for appreciation, acknowledgement of your efforts and growth. It used to be a nice startup company but it all faded by the time it establised itself as a running and growing business. Directors, managers dont a vision or understanding of the target market and the irony is they are leading a heard of misguided people.

At one point of time, they look for building team & suddenly after 2-3 months they look for reducing head count.
