in my previous experience i came across a lots of thing that i don't appreciate or except to it. where the supervisor among themselves played a politics on the floor. where the supervisors are not well trained ,not well experience in the process or not well trained in the process .where there is no self-respect towards one another considered superior themselves .where there is no voice that we can raised .so the working life balance for us is not in a good balance for there is a distinction between color inside it. where the supervisor will look down upon someone whom they don't like , well even the training was not well organised .we are not teenagers now it should be in a professional way .so i suggest if u are gonna hire a GM/ supervisor he/she should no the quality of leadership ,well train in the process....Read More
