The worst part is that there is no proper management in company, mean no matter what your performance is , they will lay off you if project is going to end. it is like use and throw policy. Tools & Technology quotient is high in the organization , however one needs to do things on his own. There is little /no support from the organization end to handhold individuals to learn and grasp new tools/technologies.
