There is nothing to like about this company. it seems like there is no management or work-life balance in this company. you are always under constant pressure even if you're a senior or fresher. The one person who will always remind you that he is your boss will always watch/spy on you even from CCTV. yes, he doesn't trust his employees even though the company has nothing valuable. he listens to your conversation and presents himself as superior. he may make fake promises about growth and salary and will start bitching about other employees but you shouldn't get trapped as he can fire you at any moment.
