My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Working hours counting software. Exactly 8 hours may be little difficult to maintain. Bio break.. Lunch time many things can be there. At least 7.30 hours on floor should be there.
