Its like a family. You will never feel as doing job. Management is too much supportive for everyone. Specially Managing Director Mr. Rajesh Jain is too down to earth personality, no any show off, cool person. Salary on time. Pay full & final payment even before time while policy is of 45 days. They paid me with in 10 days i left when i left. Good interaction, understanding & feel of love & affection between all people working there. Time to time good celebrations for all occasions. Worst organisation to work. Sorry, it's not even a company; It is a shop. Lala company at all.They look promising in starting but you will find their true colours soon. I would say if anybody wants to see what the toxic culture is then you should go there. It's running by a family and they will like and dislike you that if you are mouth pleasant to them. No matter how hard you work, they won't appreciate you. Company politics is at its heights, dying for every single penny. My have experience with this company as good and learning for growth and company does support also.so I like all employees rules of this company.

Due to some reason as well as bad working planning,and no responsibility apon site requirements. Each field executive are really confuse about upcoming rules change again to again. Site expenses clearance not so good.so this is main reason to dislike this company.compensation is decanter but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometime, I've to work 12-15 Hours and I have attend clients call in the evening and sometimes late into the night manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why i have to take suggestions most of the times....Read More
