The work culture is good, if you are really focused and keen to learn you can learn a lot of things. especially for a fresher it is a good platform to begin his/her carrier .

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
