Here I get chance to improve my skills on a daily basis. My seniors are very supportive. They help me to achieve my targets on a daily basis. I keep getting appreciation on each and every achievement. I like the work culture here. Everyone is happy and calm. I never feel any pressure. In case I don't achieve my target, I get proper training about my area of improvement.

Too much focus on being professional.

Their work environment are toxic. Both of the founders Miss mamta and Mr rakesh they both are completely toxic. A person could hardly survive a month or less than this. Because they want an employee should work like a machine. And miss mamta is complete arrogant and aggressive nature.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
