Good for early phase of career as stepping stone, not for longer duration

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Digitalisation only on paper, not in reality Working portals/systems not at par with industry, lot of struggle in day to day working. Lot of clerical efforts, reduces effeciency due to inefficient processes. Diversity discrimination is very high. If you want to apply for other govt openings, you will never be given NOC. Females aredenied promotions if they go on maternity leave, stating insufficient working days....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
