Likes

It's a Government organization but doesn't work like one. The parent company was Bactel an American consultancy firm and today EIL too had retained the same culture

Dislikes

Growth is time bound and not very performance specific. There is office politics too.

Work Details

I worked as Engineer for four years, joining directly from college. We had one year of training that included 3 months at site. Pay during training period was quite low. Work is routine, there is good work life balance. Innovation is slow to come by.
