The India unit has some major issues to fix. Certain employees can get away with doing very little work, which puts additional work on other team members who are hard working and deliver well. This eventually leads to their burnout. To maintain female headcount numbers , the organization is ready to give preferential treatment to certain employees who are literally working part time while getting full time salary.
