Relaxed work culture: Completely chilled out, no work pressure. Diversity focused: Highly focused on maintaining a 50% women workforce. New Management: Management is new and inexperienced, makes it easier for employees with 2-4 years of relevant subject knowledge may find it easier to navigate and influence decision. Ideal for long term environment: Great place for retirement,Individual looking for stability and low pressure environment. Work life balance: High flexibility, in some departments you will get flexibility to come to office occasionally, no attendance punching tantrums, sometimes you get so bored in the home that you will decide to go to the office, Ideal place for admin and HR, support function team, only issue is you need to come to office for preparation of some festivals, employee engagement activities. Safe place for women and flexible timing for them like you can come at around 12ish and leave at 3 pm. If your boss is on tour you can do work from home for weeks.

Management might be a red flag for those seeking more experienced leadership and structure career growth. High level favouritism. Not going to learn anything new. Mundane life. Limited involvement and knowledge sharing. Credulous Management-better to keep mum, do your work and go home. Empathy, professionalism, appreciation, motivation and Ethics are missing in the leadership team. Good thing is you can choose any career/department irrespective of your knowledge, degree, intellect.

The India unit has some major issues to fix. Certain employees can get away with doing very little work, which puts additional work on other team members who are hard working and deliver well. This eventually leads to their burnout. To maintain female headcount numbers , the organization is ready to give preferential treatment to certain employees who are literally working part time while getting full time salary. Some employees are taking serious advantage of this. Behaviour of an HOD is not professional and ethical.

No vision and visibility from top-tier management for a new business unit. A new business line started with little or no application of objectives and vision from top-tier management. Though a 360-degree appraisal system is implemented, direct reports of department Managers have little or no say in cultural and functional decisions.
