Work life balance: High flexibility, in some departments you will get flexibility to come to office occasionally, no attendance punching tantrums, sometimes you get so bored in the home that you will decide to go to the office, Ideal place for admin and HR, support function team, only issue is you need to come to office for preparation of some festivals, employee engagement activities. Safe place for women and flexible timing for them like you can come at around 12ish and leave at 3 pm. If your boss is on tour you can do work from home for weeks.
